This is a followup response to your letter dated November 25, 2002, requesting additional proof of my share ownership. I want to let you know that I am continuing to try and obtain the necessary information in a timely fashion.

I am enclosing a copy of the original request I sent to my broker on November 26, 2002.

In a phone call with my broker on December 18, 2002 to find out the status of my request, I was informed they had drafted and forwarded on a letter to the record holder of the securities on December 17, 2002 requesting the necessary documentation.
