Report on Activities 2002

Over the past year the foundation has primarily engaged in work related to global public health, especially the HIV/AIDS pandemic. A particular interest has being taken in taken in scientific and technical issues related to drug and vaccine development, and access to treatment in the developing world.

In addition to working on these issues directly, the foundation has worked in conjunction with, and advanced funds to help support, a number of other organizations also working in these areas.
